Builders merchants and DIY group Grafton has bought Dublin-based plumbing, heating and drainage business Davies and builders merchants Garvey's in Roscommon.

Builders merchants and DIY group Grafton has bought Dublin-based plumbing, heating and drainage business Davies and builders merchants Garvey's in Roscommon.

Both transactions were completed on December 1. The combined annual turnover of both businesses amounts to €47.4m, Grafton said today.
