Ryanair 'most punctual in Europe'

According to the Association of European Airlines (AEA) customer-service statistics for July to September 2005, Ryanair was the most punctual major scheduled carrier in Europe.

The ISEQ-listed airline also had the fewest lost bags and the fewest flight cancellations.

Ryanair head of communications Peter Sherrard said: “The AEA airlines, which include British Airways, Alitalia, Air France and Lufthansa, just can’t beat Ryanair’s low fares, and they can’t beat us for customer service either.”
