A supermarket in Portarlington, Co Laois was prosecuted today for failing to display prices on a number of grocery products.

A supermarket in Portarlington, Co Laois was prosecuted today for failing to display prices on a number of grocery products.

Supervalu on French Church Street was fined €600 as a result.

It is the third prosecution taken this year under the Product Pricing Regulations.
