Brit Insurance Holdings, the UK general insurance group, today announced record interim results for the first six months of this year.

Brit Insurance Holdings, the UK general insurance group, today announced record interim results for the first six months of this year.

Their profits before tax were £112.4m (€166m), up 61%.
