DCC announces new appointments

DCC have appointed two new non-executive directors.

The business support services group has announced that Ms Roisin Brennan

and Mr Michael Buckley have today been co-opted as non-executive directors of

the company.

Ms. Brennan, aged 40, is an executive director of IBI Corporate Finance Limited, a position that she has held for the last ten years.

She holds a first class honours Law degree from University College Dublin and is a chartered accountant.

Ms. Brennan has extensive experience advising public companies in Ireland, principally in relation to strategic issues and mergers & acquisitions. She has also served as a non-executive director of the Irish Takeover Panel.

Mr. Buckley MA, LPh, MSI, aged 60, recently retired from the position of group chief executive of AIB.

In addition to his extensive operational experience as chief executive of Ireland's largest public company, Mr. Buckley, as a former managing director of AIB Capital Markets division and the NCB stockbroking group, has extensive capital markets knowledge and experience.

Prior to his involvement in the financial services area, he was a senior public servant in

Ireland and the EU. He is currently a non-executive director of M&T Bank Corporation, Buffalo, New York State.

DCC now has eleven directors, seven non-executive and four executive.
