Brazil’s health minister signed a memorandum of understanding with the Clinton Foundation that would allow the country to obtain anti-Aids medicines more cheaply.

Saraiva Felipe signed the memo in the capital, Brasilia, with Ira Magaziner, director of the HIV/Aids initiative of the foundation established by former US president Bill Clinton.
