New route for Gulf Air

Gulf Air has launched a direct service from Bahrain to Johannesburg, allowing Irish travellers to travel from Dublin straight through to the South African capital.

Services will begin on December 2, to coincide with the launch of Gulf Air’s Dublin to Bahrain route.

“We said in July that Ireland was an important destination for us. We see huge growth potential in this market and the extension of our services for Irish travellers to Johannesburg is a key part of our network strategy,” said Gulf Air President and Chief Executive James Hogan.
