Aga Foodservice Group plc has announced the acquisition of Waterford Stanley for €13.8m.

Aga Foodservice Group plc has announced the acquisition of Waterford Stanley for €13.8m.

The Waterford Stanley brands will now be added to Aga Foodservice Group's international brands, which include Aga, Rayburn, Rangemaster, La Cornue and Marvel among others. The company employs over 5000 people worldwide.
