Sanctuary confirms bid talks

British entertainment group Sanctuary today revealed that it had been in talks about a possible takeover of the firm.

The company, whose portfolio of artists includes Morrissey and Iron Maiden, said it had undertaken “preliminary talks which may or may not lead to an offer or a further business opportunity”.
