Bewley’s to reopen Grafton Street café

The owners of Bewley’s Cafés have announced plans to reopen the famous outlet on Dublin's Grafton Street, which was closed last year due to mounting financial losses.

Bewley’s said the café would reopen next month and would be managed by Jay Bourke and Eoin Foyle, the owners of the Café Bar Deli chain and several pubs and nightclubs.

Bewley’s will remain the sole occupier of the Grafton Street premises, which will incorporate a café and patisserie on the ground floor and a fish restaurant on the first floor.

It will also include a restaurant serving the Mediterranean-style food that has become Café Bar Deli's signature.
