Dublin developments on display in MIPIM expo
Dublin's flagship regeneration and development schemes are to be promoted to international property investors at the world's leading real estate industry forum and global marketplace, MIPIM.
MIPIM, the annual International Property Market event, which takes place in Cannes, France, between March 8 and March 11, has nearly 2,000 exhibitors from close to 70 countries and will be attended by over 16,000 players in the sector.
The Docklands Authority, in conjunction with Dublin City Council, will be publicising the mix of retail, commercial and residential developments in the capital, including the Docklands area.
Other Docklands developments on display include Riverside IV (Mountbrook Homes), Grand Canal Square (Ryde Developments), and the Daniel Libeskind-designed Performing Arts Centre (Devey Group).
Other developments on show at the Dublin stand including Merchants Gate (Bennett Construction), Elm Park (McNamara Construction), Dundrum Shopping Centre (Bannon Commercial), and the Ilac Centre (Firmount Ltd/British Land).
"MIPIM is one of the world's most prestigious commercial property events and this is an ideal forum for Dublin," said Peter Coyne, chief executive, Docklands Authority.
