Viridian announces today that Dipesh J Shah will become non-executive chairman upon Philip Rogerson’s retirement on April 30, 2005.

Dipesh Shah, who joined the board as a non-executive director in November 2003, is chief executive of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and a non-executive director of Babcock International Group.
