Companies Capital Duty reduced in Budget

The Companies Capital Duty has been reduced in the Budget by the Minister for Finance Brian Cowen.

The 1% duty on forming companies has been reduced to 0.5%.

Minister Cowen said it would make Ireland more attractive for potential investors.
