Lender approves INTEGER mortgage

The Mortgage Store, owned by ICS Building Society has announced it is the first Irish lending institution to approve a mortgage for an 'INTEGER' green-designed home.

INTEGER - which represents intelligent and green - is an industry partnership that promotes the development of ecological but practical housing using the latest building technologies.
