Internet bank suspends operations after hackers scare
Internet bank Cahoot closed down for 10 hours after it emerged that hackers could have accessed thousands of accounts.
The glitch was triggered after an IT upgrade which meant customer details could be viewed without a password.
Cahoot insisted the flaw was fixed quickly after the service shut down.
A spokesman stressed that at no point were hackers able to transfer cash from accounts.
The problem was revealed after a customer managed to access a friend's account.
