Glazer warned of United takeover problems
Malcolm Glazer will be wise to proceed with caution in his reported plans to take over Manchester United, according to financial expert Keith Harris.
American billionaire tycoon Glazer is said to be keen to significantly increase his 19.2% stake in United, and that will mean acquiring shares owned by Irishmen John Magnier and JP McManus who currently have a 28.9% controlling interest in the Barclays Premiership club.
