Bohemians now know exactly how to celebrate their revival under new manager Gareth Farrelly after the club announced that Bass had become its offficial beer.

The joint venture with Interbrew Ireland renews a previously long-time association between Bass and Bohs when the name was on Gypsies shirts for many years. The deal will run until the end of 2006.

One of the hallmarks of the deal will be a refurbished and retitled players and sponsors bar, the Jackie Jameson Bar, named in honour of the hugely popular Bohs star which due to open at Dalymount Park next month.
