IT companies take up NovaUCD tenancy
Two IT companies, Kodana and Visor, have located to NovaUCD, UCD's €10m innovation and technology transfer centre.
A total of 60% of the 42 incubation units in NovaUCD, which officially opened last October, are now occupied.
Kodana, which was established in 2003, designs and supplies IP (Internet Protocol)-based browser solutions for computer networks.
Visor was established to build solutions that will enable outsourced accounting and advisory services to be offered via the web.
Speaking about the two new clients to locate at NovaUCD, Dr Pat Frain, Director of NovaUCD said: "With occupancy levels now at 60%, NovaUCD is already exceeding its targets for its first year demonstrating the growing interest in entrepreneurship, and the commercialisation of innovation and research at UCD."
