Irish Food Processors’ UK subsidiary, Anglo Beef Processors Ltd (ABP), has acquired a major Scottish sausage manufacturer based in Glasgow.

The plant was formerly owned by Freshbake Foods Limited, which went into administrative receivership on June 22.
