Kingspan to block-list 2m shares

Construction company Kingspan has applied to the UKLA, the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange to block-list two million ordinary shares of 13c each.

Upon issuance, these shares will be admitted to the official list and traded on the London and Irish Stock Exchanges.
