Construction company Kingspan has applied to the UKLA, the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange to block-list two million ordinary shares of 13c each.

Aminex, the oil and gas company listed on the London and Irish Stock Exchanges, announced yesterday that it has completed an agreement to sell its shareholding in OAO Ideloil, an oil company operating in the Russian internal republic of Tatarstan, to Dolkono Holdings Limited and Nereids Holdings Limited.

EXPLORATION company Aminex is to share the €10m plus cost of a double well drilling programme in Tanzania with the Romanian state oil company while keeping a 70% interest in the project.
