Online HR service targets SME sector

A new subscription-based online employee management service for Irish small firms and family businesses has been designed.

The website contains a complete set of employment contracts, letters, forms and other relevant documentation available for download.

It also covers aspects of employment, from appraisals and performance management to grievance policies, absenteeism and health and safety.

A wide range of human resource best practice information and a comprehensive employee manual is also available.

Speaking at the launch of www.1stopHR.ie founder Pat Sheridan said: "Small and medium enterprises suffer the same statutory regulations as the larger companies but at a higher per capita cost.

"Almost any case taken against an employer - like unfair dismissal, bullying or discrimination costs - far in excess of a human resource support service. It's a cheap price to pay for peace of mind," Sheridan added.

Subscription to the service costs €595 per annum excluding VAT.
