Acquisitor tables motion against Baltimore board

Acquisitor Holdings has tabled a new resolution to remove the Baltimore Technologies board.

Acquisitor, the largest shareholder in the former internet security firm, has asked for the resolution to be voted on at Baltimore's forthcoming AGM after the defeat last week of a similar motion at a heated EGM in London.
