Baltimore's rebel shareholder ups stake
Acquisitor Holdings, the largest shareholder in Baltimore Technologies, has bought another 70,000 ordinary shares in the company, a spokesman for Acquisitor said.
Acquisitor last bought 130,000 shares on 27 April , which brought its stake to 16.01%.
It emerged earlier today that Baltimore shareholders yesterday voted against the EGM resolutions to remove chairman Bijan Khezri and the entire new board, but by very narrow majorities.
Acquisitor Holdings had proposed sacking the entire board, including Khezri, in favour of
its own team of turnaround experts.
