Competiton Authority passes eircom complaint to ComReg

The Competition Authority has today referred complaints about eircom it has received from IFA Telecom to the Communications regulator ComReg.

The Authority said that in their opinion ComReg is the agency best placed to deal with the issues raised by the complaint as it relates to eircom's campaign to win-back customers it had lost to Carrier Pre-selection (CPS) operators and ComReg is in the process of examining the same issue.
