Conrad Black to fight Telegraph sale ban
Embattled Conrad Black is to appeal against a ruling in a US court blocking a deal to sell control of his newspaper empire, which includes The Daily Telegraph, to British businessmen, the Barclay brothers.
Black, however, said he would continue to co-operate with the efforts of the investment bank Lazard LLC to seek a buyer for the assets of Hollinger International, primarily The Telegraph, the Chicago Sun-Times and The Jerusalem Post.
