Jurys to sell off Limerick hotel for nearly €10m

Jurys Doyle Hotel Group said today it has agreed to sell Jurys Limerick Hotel to Danesfield for €9.75m.

The company is selling the 95 bedroom hotel because it does not fit into its plan of operating larger sized hotels.

The company said it believes it would be preferable to concentrate its activities locally on further developing the business of Jurys Inn Limerick.

Danesfield is owned by John Lally who also owns the Harbour Hotel in Galway. It is expected the transfer of ownership will take place on April 5.
