Profits at Jurys Doyle hotel group are up 1.5% on the same period last year, the company announced today, adding the results were "satisfactory".

Jurys chairman Richard Hooper has told the hotel group's AGM today that the company was seeing a recovery in a number of its market segments.

Jurys Doyle Hotel Group said today it has agreed to sell Jurys Limerick Hotel to Danesfield for €9.75m.
