Air France and KLM merger may get approval soon

Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines may obtain European Commission approval for their planned merger as early as next week, according to French daily newspaper Les Echos.

The article said an agreement is expected later today which may see the companies make even further concessions to the EU, in order to obtain the go-ahead for their merger.
