Authority gives approval for FM 104 sale
The Competition Authority has given conditional approval for the sale of Dublin radio station FM 104 to Scottish Radio Holdings, which owns TodayFM.
The authority has said that FM 104 must get rid of its share in Newstalk 106 FM as part of the deal.
The takeover will now be referred to Enterprise Minister Mary Harney who has 30 days to decide whether it should go ahead or not.
