Recruitment company claims record start to year

Monster.ie has revealed a record start to 2004.

The recruitment company says that over 1,000 new jobs were advertised in the first week of January, an increase of 26% on the same time last year.

Over 65,000 job seekers logged on to the site to search for new employment during the first week of 2004.
