Horizon technology to raise €2.8m to capitalise on market growth

On the London stock exchange, Horizon Technology Group PLC has announced it is to raise €2.8m via a placing of 3.396 million shares, or about 5% of the share capital, at €0.82 per share.

The placing has been arranged by Davy Stockbrokers.

The proceeds will be used to further strengthen the group's balance sheet by enable the group to deepen it's relationship with key partners, and ensure it can capitalise on potential market growth and consolidation opportunities.
