On the London stock exchange, Horizon Technology Group PLC has announced it is to raise €2.8m via a placing of 3.396 million shares, or about 5% of the share capital, at €0.82 per share.

On the London stock exchange, Horizon Technology Group PLC has announced it is to raise €2.8m via a placing of 3.396 million shares, or about 5% of the share capital, at €0.82 per share.

The placing has been arranged by Davy Stockbrokers.
