FBD Holdings has announced the appointment of Mr Cathal O'Caoimh as group finance director.

Horizon Technology Group plc, a leading system integrator and distributor of information technology products in the UK and Ireland, has reported a 20% growth in profits before tax.

Horizon Technology Group plc has placed 1,050,000 of directors' ordinary shares with institutional investors, according to the Irish Stock Exchange.

On the London stock exchange, Horizon Technology Group PLC has announced it is to raise €2.8m via a placing of 3.396 million shares, or about 5% of the share capital, at €0.82 per share.
