Consortium withdraws interest in Gresham

The Gresham Hotel Group has released a statement to the Stock Exchange saying that a consortium that appeared to be interested in buying its business has withdrawn its approach.

The statement read: "The board of Gresham has been informed by the representatives of the consortium, which was the subject of the announcement… that they will not be proceeding with their approach."
