Irish Broadband partners with Stratex for network rollout

Wireless broadband internet provider Irish Broadband has announced a partnership with US solutions provider Stratex Networks for the upgrading of its network in the greater Dublin area.

Stratex is deploying an SDH ring around Dublin, which will be used to backhaul data traffic from Irish Broadband's existing high sites to its data-centre in Park West, Co Dublin.
