Ryanair expands European routes from UK
Low fares airline Ryanair is to add three new European routes from its British service from October.
Daily flights will begin from Glasgow to Gothenburg, Bournemouth to Barcelona and Frankfurt to Venice.
The airline is also doubling its frequency on its Glasgow-Bournemouth service to two flights a day from October 16.
The move brings Ryanair's European route network to 127.
Commenting on the announcement Ryanair's Head of Communications, Paul Fitzsimmons said: "Over the last year Ryanair launched 50 new routes throughout Europe.
"The new route to Barcelona from Bournemouth is in response to the huge public demand for services to the popular Spanish region, and will replace the existing service from Bournemouth to Frankfurt," he added.
