Oil company Premier has delisted from the Irish and London stock exchanges following a corporate restructuring.

Oil company Premier has delisted from the Irish and London stock exchanges following a corporate restructuring.

The new company will be known as Premier Oil and shares will be traded on the London Stock Exchange only.
