O'Donoghue annouces grant assistance

The Minister for Arts, Sports and Tourism, John O'Donoghue, has announced grant assistance, to be administered by Fáilte Ireland, in respect of the Festivals and Cultural Events Initiative, 2003.

Assistance up to the following maximum amounts has been granted, subject to the usual standard conditions:

Lord Mayor's Parade, Dublin: €62,250

Tall Ships 2005, Waterford: €21,250

Wexford Opera Festival, Wexford: €142,500

Kilkenny Arts Festival, Co Kilkenny: €53,253

Kerry Film Festival, Co Kerry: €6,297

Donegal Tourism, Donegal: €100,000
