The Bank of Ireland has appointed David Dilger and George Magan to its Court of Directors with effect from tomorrow.
Dilger has been Chief Executive of Irish food group Greencore since 1995 while Magan was co-founder and Chairman of British merchant bank J.O. Hambro Magan before its sale to NatWest in 1996.
Both are chartered accountants.
BOI Governor Laurence Crowley made the announcement today at the Bank's Annual Court.
"I am very pleased that two such distinguished people have agreed to join the Court. Their appointments will take effect from tomorrow," he said.
