Grady settles case against bank

Former ICC Bank executive Priscia Grady has settled her constructive dismissal case against her former employer.

Earlier this year Grady told the Employment Appeals Tribunal that she had been bullied and sexually harassed by a fellow executive and claimed that as a result, she had been traumatised and required medication and counselling.

After the settlement yesterday, both Grady and the bank said they were delighted that they had reached a settlement. No financial details were released.
