Consumer Affairs report: 24 convicted in 2001

Cars, holidays and mobile homes are all on the list in the consumer complaints report.

The Director of Consumer Affairs, Carmel Foley, is strongly critical of those who have not adopted the euro code since the currency changeover.

She is worried many retailers are unable to account for price increases.
