Coca-Cola Co is to buy Swiss mineral water bottler Valser Mineralquellen AG, the company said in a joint statement.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Production and logistics operations are to continue at Valser's current sites in Vals and Zizers, with Coca-Cola taking over all of the company's 96 staff, they said.
