OPEC discusses oil quotas with Russia
OPEC Secretary General Ali Rodriguez held talks on Russia's oil export quotas in Moscow on Saturday, the Interfax news agency reported.
It said Rodriguez met with Russian Energy Minister Igor Yusufov as part of ongoing cooperation between OPEC nations and oil exporting nations like Russia which are not members of the cartel.
Russia, in cooperation with OPEC, had agreed to cut its exports by 150,000 barrels per day during the first and second quarters, but said in March it would review the situation.
According to experts, Russia has not stuck to its export quotas since February.
