ICT Excellence Awards

The ICT Expo which is taking place at the RDS this week, announced the winners of its inaugural ICT Excellence Awards.

The awards pay tribute to high achievers in the Irish Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry.

Among the tributes were Best Internet infrastructure services provider which went to Entropy, the Dublin based internet e-security specialist. Most Innovative New Product went to O2 Ireland, SME e-business Awards to QMS Software and Industry Person of the Year Award to Kevin Dillon, Managing Director of the European Operations Centre of Microsoft Corporation.

The awards were judged by an independent panel of well-known industry experts and were held yesterday at the ICT Expo in the RDS. The ICT Expo is Irelands largest annual showcase for Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
