The Federal Competition Commission (CFC) said it has ruled that the Coca-Cola Co is abusing its dominant position in the Mexican carbonated drinks market and has ordered the group to cease all monopolistic practices.

The CFC ruling follows complaints filed by Grupo Aga and Pepsi-Cola Mexicana.
