Torex has announced the acquisition of Irish company McKeown Software for a maximum total consideration of Stg£11.75m, made up of £7.5m in cash and the rest to be in cash or Torex shares.

Torex has announced the acquisition of Irish company McKeown Software for a maximum total consideration of Stg£11.75m, made up of £7.5m in cash and the rest to be in cash or Torex shares.

McKeown, with offices in Dublin and Letchworth, Hertfordshire provides financial and accounting systems to the UK NHS Trust market.
