ENVIRONMENTAL services firm FLI Energy has secured a €35 million contract to construct anaerobic digestion plants in Britain and the North to convert food and other bio-waste into energy.

Torex has announced the acquisition of Irish company McKeown Software for a maximum total consideration of Stg£11.75m, made up of £7.5m in cash and the rest to be in cash or Torex shares.
