Smartforce forms alliance with PwC Consulting

SmartForce [Nasdaq:SMTF] has announced an alliance with PwC Consulting, the management consulting services businesses of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, to bring to market an array of e-learning solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, PwC Consulting will position SmartForce's e-learning solutions as a key component of its overall learning services portfolio.
