Smartforce forms alliance with PwC Consulting

SmartForce [Nasdaq:SMTF] has announced an alliance with PwC Consulting, the management consulting services businesses of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, to bring to market an array of e-learning solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, PwC Consulting will position SmartForce's e-learning solutions as a key component of its overall learning services portfolio.

PwC Consulting is already one of the largest users of SmartForce e-learning, and expects to offer clients expanded learning solutions. SmartForce provides integrated enterprise e-learning solutions and has over 2,500 corporate customers.
