Digital Channel Partners new proposals from examiner

Pearse Farrell of Farrell Grant Sparks, the court appointed examiner of DCP, presented his scheme of arrangement to Mr Justice Brian McCracken.

The company, which once employed 180 people in Dublin, London and New York, now employs around 30 people in Dublin.

Mr Farrell's proposals, which would reduce the company's debt and introduce new funding by way of a loan, have been approved by most of the creditors and members of the company. DCP is an internet solutions provider and consultancy.
