Conduit says COO Denis Creighton appointed board member

Conduit PLC said it has appointed Denis Creighton and Gary Purcell to its Board of Directors, while Paul Coghlan has resigned from the board, effective yesterday.

Denis Creighton is the chief operations officer for the group, Gary Purcell is the managing director for 118 Ltd the company's UK subsidiary and Paul Coghlan continues in his role as Vice President the Americas for Conduit, it added.

Conduit, a directory information service provider, is listed on both the Frankfurt Neuer Markt and the Irish stock exchange technology market ITEQ.
